About the tour

What happens at the event?: Children will have a chance to meet and greet their two favourite friends from the Hundred Acre Wood at the sessions. Admittance will only be via tickets, which are available at the concierge desk of a participating Westfield centre.
What happens if I lose my ticket?: Tickets are session specific but will not be numbered and are therefore transferable. Tickets cannot be redeemed if lost.
Can I take photographs at the event?: Yes, you may take photos at the event.
What if I miss out on a ticket is there a chance I can come to the meet and greet?: If the session is sold out and you do not have a ticket, you are welcome to come and see the characters but we cannot guarantee you will be able to meet them.
Does one ticket entitle one child to the meet and greet or can I bring a friend?: One ticket entitles one child, accompanied by one adult, to meet your two favourite friends from the 100 Acre Wood.
Will there be child minding?: To ensure all attendees enjoy a safe event, it is mandatory for accompanying adults to remain with children at all times.

About the competition

Can I enter more than once?: You can enter multiple times, however only one entry will be permitted per specified purchase requirement, each entry must be substantially unique and each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
If I win, do I need to take the party on the allocated day in my city?: Yes, you must be available to attend the party on the relevant date specified in order to be eligible to claim the prize if you are the major prize winner.
What happens if I win but live more than 200kms away from the party?: If you are the major prize winner and reside more than 200km from the nearest party location (as specified in the terms and conditions), you may elect to receive $2,500 cash (awarded in the form of a cheque) in lieu of the prize
Do I need to keep my actual Coles receipt?: No, a photocopy of your receipt will be sufficient.
If I win, how many people can I invite to the party?: The major prize winner (adult and child) can nominate up to nineteen (19) friends and nineteen (19) adults.
Do children have to be accompanied by an adult to the party?: Yes, it is a condition of attending the party that all children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times, before, during, and after the party.
Should the entry be under the name of the adult or child?: Each entry must provide the name of the one adult (aged 18 years or over) and one child.
Can I enter using products I bought prior to 1st March?: No. To be eligible to enter, you must purchase any two (2) x 'Winnie the Pooh' products from participating Coles supermarkets nationally between 01/03/07 and 31/03/07.
